Tianjin Xin Xin pharmaceutical manufactory Founded in 1961, it was originally name as Tianjin Xin Xin Pharmaceutical Corporation and joined in Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. in 2000. Tianjin Xin Xin Pharmaceutical Manufactory is large-scaled bulk chemical pharmaceuticals production base. Depending on its increasingly improved administrative system and huge technical force, the company developed successively 10-odd bulk pharmaceuticals and 40-odd preparations, in which medicines of curing diabetes, cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases, and medicine of antipyretic analgesics are the three main products; because of our advanced production techniques and strict quality-guarantee system, our products have been sold to 10-plus countries and regions in America, Europe and Southeast Asia. The brand "TIANXIN" has been renowned at home and abroad.
As early as the year 1982, our bulk pharmaceuticals Guaifenesin and Methocarbamol have passed the U.S. FDA inspection. In 2003, Xin Xin made great progress: The factory passed the National GMP inspection; the two products Guaifenesin and Methocarbamol successively passed the U.S. FDA reinspection; and the product Glicazide gained the European COS inspection.
Science and technology is the impetus of development whereas talents are the essence of science and technology. The company attaches grate importance to personnel training. Besides sending professional technicians to study abroad, we also invite American FDA experts to China and give us supervision, thus providing Xin Xin with inexhaustible impetus for its innovation and development.
In respect of scientific research, the Research and Development Center with Dr. Wu shengwen as the head of scientific and technological innovation is formed. They have researched and produced sevral bulk pharmaceuticals and new preparations through carrying out the research on medicine for curing diabetes, cerebrovascular and cardivascular diseases, and cooperating closely with scientific research institutes as Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Research, Shanddong Medical Industry Research Institute, Tianjin University, Tianjin Medical University, etc.
As the biggest production base of bulk chemical pharmaceuticals in Tianjin, Xin Xin has advanced production equipment and techniques of bulk chemical pharmaceuticals. We strictly implement the National GMP Standard, the Amberican FDA Standard and the European COS Standard in the process of material purchasing, production controlling, quality control and after service. The output value of industrial constant prices reaches RMB 400 million Yuan, and 80% of our products are sold to various places in the world.
The pharmaceutics production base, which was built on investment of RMB 60 million Yuan, has annual production capacity of one billion tablets. All facilities as full automatic tablet machine, film-coated, pelletizer, and automatic botting line, shrink packaging machine as well as air purification system and pure water preparation system are all controlled under PLC program.
